"Aye, Sir".
Dane kept his hand an inch above the controls as he watched silently the ship moving closer on the viewscreen.
"We are within weapons range, beginning eratic maneuvers".
The ship felt like a wave on the inside, moving down and up, side to side as Dane worked with the helm to move the ship from incoming torpedo fire.
"Our forward weapons are in range, and are ready for firing".
He continued to work the helm, moving at quick impulse bursts of speed to turn the ship quickly, to face the charged forward weapons and sheilds to the enemy ships. As the ship straightened, the eratic maneuvers began again at his working.

OOC: 3 days irritates you? Try 6 months. This is not my only character here. I am online daily, but I clearly have not been able to get to everything. I know that you have recently been restated as the Academy CO, but I also know that under its past management, I still have had to wait 5 months, give or take a few weeks, to have results begin to show for this character.

I chose the three for a pretty round education and range of fields to be qualified for. I will look for what postion looks best when I complete. I am most interested in ship postions, so Helm on a ship, or if Diplomats are needed on ships or JAG officers one.
