The FiFth And Six Fleets Arrive Scaning for Cloked Ships.<p>Six Construction Barges Arrive. Planners and Surveyers<p>Starts the long and gruling process, of Plan and Design.<p>The Crews went to work.<p>Plans and Constructions were on schedule.

Ragimal Allurian Drydock and Shipyard was complete. Within the Shipyard two,
new Ships could be found.  These ships have never been seen before. Raptor
Class WarBirds. These Ships were designed by General Qrell ,for use of The Romulan
Coalation. Specs Are Classified FLEET ADMIRAL EYES ONLY.

THE ORDER OF THE SHADOW, OVER SEES SECURITY. Five Federations Spies have
lost their lives trying to steal plans of the Raptor Class Warbird. General Qrell
Exacuted the spies himself.
